Serving New Hampshire

How delivery actually works here

We ship across the lower 48, and we are honest about when the arithmetic stops working. Long lanes favour full or partial truckloads; a handful of units shipped a thousand miles usually costs more in freight than the totes are worth.

Buyback
We buy used totes in New Hampshire as well as selling them. Loads of twenty or more are worth a dedicated run almost anywhere; smaller lots work best combined with a delivery.
Collection
You are always welcome to collect at Livonia during yard hours — for small quantities it is usually the cheapest option by a wide margin.

New Hampshire questions

What customers here ask first

Do you actually deliver to New Hampshire?
Yes. Partner carriers, with the carrier named on your quote. We ship across the lower 48, and we are honest about when the arithmetic stops working. Long lanes favour full or partial truckloads; a handful of units shipped a thousand miles usually costs more in freight than the totes are worth. If your order is below the sensible minimum we will say so and suggest combining it or collecting, rather than quoting you freight that costs more than the totes.
Will you buy used totes in New Hampshire?
Regularly. Send a count, the last contents and your postal code and you will have a per-unit number within a business day. Loads of twenty or more justify a dedicated run almost anywhere; smaller lots are best timed to ride an existing lane.
How is freight quoted?
By the actual lane, not by a classification table. Empty totes are very low density freight, which is why volume changes the per-unit cost so dramatically. Twenty units often ships for not much more than eight.
What about returns if something is wrong?
Five business days from delivery to raise a discrepancy against the written grade, and return freight is ours if the unit did not match it. That applies in every state we ship to.
Can we visit the yard?
Yes, and customers from much further than New Hampshire do. Walk-ins are welcome during yard hours at 11966 Brookfield St, Livonia, MI 48150; bring a tape measure and closed-toe boots.
