We hire for reliability and for a willingness to write things down. Experience with totes specifically is nice and not required — almost nobody has it.

Wash-line technician

Run the three-stage line: match chemistry to last contents, hold and test each unit, log the record. Chemical handling training provided; attention to a logbook is the real requirement.

Intake grader

The most consequential job in the building. Weigh, photograph, inspect and grade arriving cages. We train graders for three months before their calls stand alone.

CDL Class A driver

MI / OH / IN / southern Ontario lanes, home most nights. Flatbed securement experience preferred. You will be loading cages, not just driving them.

Fabricator

Cut, plumb and fit upcycled builds in bay 5. Hot-air plastic welding, bulkhead fittings, screens and lids. If you have built a rain harvester for yourself, we want to talk.

Yard & forklift operator

Stage stock by grade, load trailers, keep the double-stack rules. Certification provided if you do not have it.

Logistics coordinator

Build routes that backhaul. Quote freight honestly. Tell a customer when a 330 will not fit through their door before the truck leaves.
