History is the
only certificate
that matters.
Breweries, distilleries, syrup producers, juice packers and produce washers. For all of them the question is never 'is it clean' — it is 'what was in it before, and can you prove it'.

Typical jobs
What food & beverage actually does with them
Drawn from the orders that come through the yard, not from a market report.
Maple sap collection
Food-grade 275s on sled frames, with 6 inch screened ports. Our busiest season by a distance.
Brewing and distilling
Wort transfer, liquor storage, spent grain slurry, and cleaning chemicals in separate dedicated units.
Edible oils and glycerine
Ball valves because the product is viscous, and insulation jackets because it thickens cold.
Produce wash and brine
High-volume water handling where potable-grade history still matters.
Bulk ingredient storage
Syrups, concentrates and purées, usually with a jacket and an agitator mount.
Grade recommendation
What we would sell you
Food Grade, or Rebottled where a virgin interior is required
Food grade means every documented fill in the unit's life was edible, it passed a food-protocol wash with no industrial caustic, it was sealed off the line, and its lit interior is photographed in the file. If your QA programme requires virgin HDPE regardless of history, rebottled is the right purchase and costs far less than new.
- Silicone gaskets for food contact and heat
- 6" screened and vented lids
- Stainless or poly camlocks, polished fittings
- Insulation jackets and band heaters for viscous product
- Level gauges for batch control
