HDPE regrind & bales

What’s left when
a bottle finally
gives up.

Six percent of our intake cannot be saved. Those bottles are cut, washed, granulated and sold as clean HDPE regrind — feedstock for pipe, pallets, drainage board and plastic lumber. It is the last link in the loop and it is still not waste.

Four streams, sorted at source

Because our feedstock is a single product type — IBC bottles — the resin is unusually consistent compared with kerbside HDPE. That is the selling point.

How it gets made

Cut, sort, wash, granulate

A bottle only enters this process after a technician has signed that it cannot be washed, repaired or rebottled. Recycling is the fail-safe, not the plan.

  • Valve, gasket and labels removed and separated
  • Bottle cut and inspected for non-HDPE inclusions
  • Hot wash with caustic to strip residue and adhesive
  • Granulated to 10–12 mm flake, metal-detected and air-classified
  • Dried, sampled, bagged into gaylords or bulk-loaded
For sellers

Have a pile of dead totes?

Cracked bottles, rusted cages, units that have held something nobody can identify — that is still 150 pounds of recoverable material per unit, and we will pay scrap value for it rather than charging you disposal.

We also take cage-only loads, pallet-only loads and mixed poly drums. If you are clearing a site, say so in the message field and we will quote the whole clean-out as one job.

Both start with the same form. Tell us tonnage, colour tolerance and your wash capability and we will quote within a day.
