1 · What this site is

IBC Recycle is a referral service. Quotes are fulfilled by partner suppliers in our network. IBC Recycle is a referral service only. When you submit the quote form, your request is sent through the 1DB lead platform to partner suppliers in our network, who may contact you with a quote. IBC Recycle does not sell, buy, wash, recondition, transport or recycle totes itself, and is not a party to any sale.

2 · Quotes and contracts

Quotes come from partner suppliers, not from us. Each partner supplier sets its own prices, terms, availability, delivery, warranties and return policy. If you accept a quote, you contract directly with that partner supplier, and their terms govern the transaction. Read them before you order.

Submitting the form is free and creates no obligation to buy or sell. We cannot guarantee that a partner supplier will be available in your area or will respond to every request.

3 · Grades and descriptions

Grades are explained on our grades page as general guidance. Partner suppliers may grade differently; the description in the supplier’s own quote is the one that applies to your order. Ask the supplier for photos, last-contents information and any documentation you need.

4 · Information on this site

Content on this site, including the reference material in the size guide and knowledge base, is provided for general information. It is not regulatory, legal or engineering advice. Specifications are typical figures; the nameplate and documentation of the specific unit you buy are the authority. Chemical compatibility, permeation risk and regulatory suitability are yours to determine; check current regulations.

5 · No warranty

This site and the referral service are provided “as is”. IBC Recycle gives no warranty of any kind about the site, its content, or any product or service offered by a partner supplier, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty on a tote or service comes from the partner supplier who provides it.

6 · Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, IBC Recycle is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with a partner supplier, including product defects, delivery problems, lost product, lost production or consequential loss. Claims about a product or service belong with the partner supplier who provided it.

7 · Using the form

Give accurate information, including what a tote last held if you are selling it. Do not use the form to send spam, unlawful content, or requests on behalf of someone who has not agreed to it.

9 · Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
